The role involves precision fitting and installation of aluminium systems for residential and commercial projects. Candidates must have proven experience in aluminium fitting, window and door installation, curtain walling, and structural glazing. Salary will be based on experience level.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble aluminium profiles for windows, doors, and curtain walls.
• Install aluminium frames, glass panels, and hardware components on site.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
• Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform on-site adjustments and repairs as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aluminium Fitter or similar role.
• Proficiency in handling aluminium profiles, glazing, and sealing techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in construction sites.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
